When our CEO and Founder, a retired Chiropractor, started Harvest in 2010 he has ensured a certain portion of the menu is plant based, vegetarian and vegan dining. As consumers have become more aware of the health benefits of plant based dining, we are excited to expand this section of our menu every season. Plant based dining provides tremendous personal health and environmental benefits that tie closely to Harvest’s mission.
One vegan option everyone is excited about is The Impossible Burger. The Impossible Burger perfectly aligns with this mission by combining abundant flavor with the health benefits of a plant-based meal, all while drastically reducing the ecological impact of bringing a burger to your plate. Compared to bovine-based options, The Impossible Burger uses 95% less land, 74% less water, and creates 87% less greenhouse gas emissions. It is a testament to the Harvest Philosophy that one person’s choices truly do make a difference for the environmental future that we all share.
